Is Tanzania getting better?

For a couple of months ago the security in Dar-es-Salaam and other parts of the region was getting worse, from kidnapping, stealing and bank robbing to rapes. The police forces had to pull up their strings to fight against these crimes, because it was hurting the economy of the country. It was like nobody could drive a nice car feel free from fear of somebody who is going to come and jack you off the window.

The police forces are corrupt, and not only the police but the whole Government system plus the salary of these workers are too low, so it makes them not to feel the importance of taking care their own country(Tanzania,Bongo)

The rate of unemployment is crazy, all these generate the crimes around the areas of any city in the world, especially Daressalaam.
